Registration - General Requirements

Online Registration

There are several steps required to complete your online registration:

  1. Review the Session Dates and make note of your preferred dates.
  2. Review fee schedule and deposit amounts on the Fees page.
  3. Fill in and submit the online Registration Form.
  4. Download, Fill in and submit the Medical Form.
  5. Pay deposits/fee balances online here.

Offline Registration

If you prefer to handle your registration offline via postal service or FAX, please download, print and fill out the PDF forms:

  1. Review the Session Dates and make note of your preferred dates.
  2. Review fee schedule and deposit amounts on the Fees page.
  3. Download and fill in the Registration Form.
  4. Download and fill in the Medical Form.
  5. Mail or Fax the forms with payment to:

Payment Requirements

  • A deposit of $250 per session is due when you register, and the balance is due on May 1, 2016.
  • You can then Pay Online by credit card using our secure payment through PayPal. See the FEES page for more payment information.

On Arrival in Canmore

On-Site Registration is always held on the Sunday, the first day of each Session, from 2:00 - 4:00pm in the lobby of the Canmore Recreation Centre.

The on-site process involves the registrants receiving their hockey jersey, a name tag for their helmet, putting their spending money in our safe, and getting settled into the dormitory.

The registrants will be on the ice on late Sunday afternoon or early Sunday evening depending on their age and position (goalies are always on at 4:00pm).
